Recipes of putting random things on our hair without any PROOF that these methods are *truly* effective. My aim is to bring you as much FACTUAL information as possible. No, I'm not interested in tired terms that people throw around and yet can't explain scientifically. You don't have to be a scientist to be able to decipher textbook information and review abstracts. How do I know? Well, I work with engineer and "techie" types all the time. I don't have their technical degrees (mine is in art) but I have common sense and I'm literate! lol. I am not intimidated by anything. If I don't know, I know where to look or whom to ask (or hire). So please know that my approach to hair and my philosophy around it may differ from what you're used to. I BELONG TO NO HAIR GROUPS. I think for myself. I question everything. I've made MISTAKES. I've learned from them. The natural hair community needs more diverse thinking. And that is quite hard when you're bullied by others to adapt their ways.
