This video is to show people how and where you can change your spec in egineering if needed. I felt like I had to make this when I was asking the question myself. Everyone either replied, "try talking to your first trainer again, I'm not sure if you can though". OR simply, " You can't, you gotta drop it and reach a skill of 200 again". So I did some research and afer some 2 hours or so I finally came across this guys post on the official WoW forums. His post lead me to the engineering description page on the WoW site. I was extremely surprised that I didn't come across this straight away. I can't remember if I had even thought of looking there. But how and ever at the bottom of the page it goes on to say that a new thing has been added into the game were unhappy engineers could change their specialization for a fee of 150g to unlearn their current spec. (Paying to become dumber, ye that makes sense... and then learning the new spec is free? What and odd way of doing things!) It also mentions that some people have found a quest chain that at the end its result is that you'll be able to switch engineer spec. I can tell you that this chain does not start in Steamwheedle or anywhere in Tanaris from what I know.
